Nuova recensione di LaFetch! Questo post è un contributo speciale della cara amica e compagna di avventure Federica Farassini. Nata a Biella, 26 anni, è stata con me un anno a Parigi, cantante e appassionata di molti generi musicali differenti. Guarda solo video con meno di 50 visualizzazioni su YouTube (ma questo ve lo avevo già raccontato), ma ha uno spiccato intuito per quelli che faranno successo nel breve futuro. Non potevo non chiedere a una tale esperta di non collaborare con LesMademoiselles per arricchire il blog con l'arte che mi accomuna a lei: la musica.

She was born in Biella, 26 years ago, erasmus partner, singer and passionate of many different musical genres. I have noticed that she looks only at YouTube videos with less than 50 visualizations (but this is an old story), but she has a deep knowledge of all the musical groups of the past and contemporaries, with also a strong intuition for those that will be successful in the future. I've asked her to collaborate with LesMademoiselles in order to enrich the blog talking about Music.

Jungle - Jungle

Passa sempre più tempo tra un post e l'altro. Le ragioni sono: la vita e che, fondamentalmente, esce sempre meno roba che mi esalti. Finalmente ho trovato qualcosa di cui parlarvi: i Jungle. Un'amica tempo fa mi aveva consigliato,en passant, di ascoltarli e l'avevo anche fatto, ma distrattamente. Beh, ho avuto occasione di vederli live al Club 2 Club a Torino lo scorso weekend ed è stato un concerto pazzesco. Classe,groove, precisione e spensieratezza; figata insomma. Ma chi sono i Jungle? Sono J e T, due ragazzi londinesi, amici dalle elementari che hanno deciso di chiudersi in cantina e passare il loro tempo scrivendo pezzacci. Nel luglio 2013 hanno pubblicato il loro primo singolo, Platoon, che li lascia piuttosto nell'oblio. Pian piano, però, iniziano a buttar fuori una hit dopo l'altra - The Heat eBusy Earnin' - che non passano più inosservate, fino all'uscita dell'album omonimo nel luglio 2014 pubblicato nientepopodimeno che da XL Recordings. Fondamentale è l'attenzione che viene data ai video che accompagnano i pezzi: non appena partono ti senti già in mezzo ad una qualsiasi strada di una grande metropoli a saltellare e a tenere il tempo con le mani ai ballerini che si stanno esibendo nella più classica delle street dance (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BcsfftwLUf0 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9JkDzNOgO3U). Credo di dover spendere una parolina anche riguardo ai loro live: una scarica di energia, credo di aver sorriso durante tutta la durata della performance, perché mi rendevo conto di star assistendo ad uno degli eventi più cool dell'ultimo anno. Jungle - Jungle

It's been a while since the last post. The reasons are: life and that, essentially, there's always less to write about in my opinion. Finally I've found something to propose you: Jungle. A friend of mine, time ago, had told me to listen to them, and I even did it but absent-mindedly. Well, I've had the occasion to see them live at Club 2 Club festival in Turin last weekend and it has been insane. Classy, groovy, precise and cheerful. But who are the Jungle? They're J and T, two guys from Western London, knowing each other since elementary school that decided to close up in their basement and compose amazing songs. They released the first single in July 2013, Platoon, not achieving the right success. Then they started to release one hit following another - The Heat, Busy Earnin' - that finally brought them to the popularity they deserved, until the coming out of the first namesake album in July 2014, published nonetheless than by XL Recordings. It's fundamental the attention given to the music videos matched to the songs: when they start you already feel like being in the middle of a whatever street in a whatever metropolitan city in the world jumping and beating time to the dancers (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BcsfftwLUf0 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9JkDzNOgO3U). I think I ought tell you a little bit about the live performance: a let off of energy, I think I smiled during the entire performance because I was getting to be in front of one of the coolest thing of the last year.
